Exchange&Return&Refund

We accept exchange or returns. Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.

Exchange/Return Progress

Step1: Please email our customer service representatives at thedeari@outlook.com  to request the exchange/return.

Step2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return address.

  • Please contact Customer Service by submitting a ticket on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
  • After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  • Drop off your package at the local post office.
  • After receiving your returned package, we will issue the refund to your original payment account within a business week or ship out an exchange order within 3 business days accordingly. Normally you'll receive the refund in a week after our issuing.

Return Conditions

  1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Underwear.
  3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  6. We do not offer Freight To Collect(FTC)service for the packages retuned.
  7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-viceall products.

If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. 

Order Cancellation

We offer you a full refund if your order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. If you decide to cancel the order, you should send an order cancellation request to our customer service email >>> thedeari@outlook.com We offer a full refund if the order is canceled without shipping. We won't accept the order cancellation requests if the orders have already shipped.

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
